[mb-i18n] .pot files updated, changes to language list

I just updated the .pot files on transifex to correspond to the current
state of the beta server, which includes some new medium formats,
instruments (and descriptions thereof), a few new strings in the server
and statistics domains, and some additions to relationships, as well as
a bunch of updates to relationship type descriptions, primarily just to
remove links to obsolete documentation pages (which should be easy to
update, since it appears transifex now remembers the previous states).

The list of languages on beta has also changed slightly, as those of you
who asked me to change it should already know -- fr_FR has been replaced
with the new unified fr translation; thanks to those who worked to make
that happen!

Thank you for the update. One question, where can I find the string
"Editor Flag" on MB? I find it hard to translate without any context,
but /root/edit/search_macros.tt:307 doesn't ring any bells.

That's in the edit search -- specifically, it's in the main dropdown for
search fields. By "Editor Flag" it essentially means editor type, but
multiple flags can be set on one editor. The options include
Auto-Editor, Bot, Relationship Editor, etc.

For a sample page using the string, see
https://beta.musicbrainz.org/search/edits?auto_edit_filter=&order=desc&negation=0&combinator=and&conditions.0.field=editor_flag&conditions.0.operator=%3D&conditions.0.args=1&conditions.1.field=status&conditions.1.operator=%3D&conditions.1.args=1&field=Please+choose+a+condition
